1. Service Description

Elite Trading Academy ("the Service") provides a 12-month structured trading education program delivered through digital content, including weekly lessons, monthly workbooks, assessments, interactive exercises, and access to a private student community forum. All content is delivered online through our web-based platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Service is available to individuals worldwide, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Subscription Terms

The program is offered as a monthly subscription at the published rate (currently €1,999 per month or equivalent in your selected currency: USD, GBP, or COP). The subscription is billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method each month until you cancel.

• The full program spans 12 months of sequential content.
• Each month's content is unlocked progressively based on your subscription status and assessment completion.
• Payment is accepted via credit/debit card (processed by Stripe) or cryptocurrency (processed by NOWPayments).
• Prices may be adjusted with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
• We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on your first month. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of enrollment, contact us for a full refund of your first payment.
• After the 14-day period, payments are non-refundable as digital content has been delivered.
• Reactivation is possible at any time; your progress will be preserved.

5. Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments (including but not limited to forex, stocks, futures, options, and cryptocurrency) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

The content provided through this Service is for educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any financial outcomes resulting from those decisions.

We do not guarantee any specific financial results from completing this program. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed in any educational material.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to lessons, workbooks, assessments, cheat sheets, templates, videos, images, and community posts by staff, is the proprietary intellectual property of Elite Trading Academy and is protected by copyright law.

• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own educational purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any course content.
• You may not share your account credentials or provide access to the platform to any third party.
• Screenshots or recordings of course content are prohibited without express written permission.
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

8. Community Guidelines

The student community forum is provided for educational discussion among enrolled students. You agree to:

• Be respectful and professional in all interactions.
• Not post spam, promotional content, or solicitations.
• Not share specific trade signals, financial advice, or guaranteed profit claims.
• Not share copyrighted course content within the community or externally.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Trading Academy and its affiliates, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or capital, arising from your use of the Service or any trading decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
